Anti-TAB2 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises TAB2 and is supplied unconjugated. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and is of the IgG isotype.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 510–620 of human TAB2 (NP_055908.1). The target has a reported molecular weight of 80 kDa, and the antibody is affinity purified. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, with a lot-specific concentration.

Reactivity is reported with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:500–1:1,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
