Description
Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against T2R1 (D45) and is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 12-60 of Human T2R1, and the resulting antiserum was affinity-purified by affinity-chromatography with the epitope-specific immunogen to a purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
Validated for Western blot (WB) and ICC/IF, the reagent reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is supported by 1 scientific validation image. It detects endogenous levels of T2R1 protein, which has a molecular weight of ~ 33 kDa.
