Anti-T-type Ca++ CP α1H (P492) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against the T-type Ca++ CP α1H (P492) target. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The reagent is supplied unconjugated as a 1 mg/ml solution in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 461–510 of human T-type Ca++ CP α1H. The antibody detects endogenous levels of T-type Ca++ CP α1H protein and the target is reported at a molecular weight of approximately 259 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
