From Antibodies.com, this is a Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against SYT8, validated for Western blot (WB) and reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.3. It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human SYT8 and detects endogenous levels of SYT8 protein. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
