Anti-Synuclein γ Antibody

Synuclein γ belongs to a small family of natively unfolded proteins that also includes α- and β-synuclein. It is expressed predominantly in the peripheral nervous system and has been reported in certain tumor types, where it has been used as a marker in breast cancer investigations. Because of sequence homology with the other synuclein isoforms, this reagent is useful for probing isoform-specific expression in both neuronal and non-neuronal samples.
