Description
Antibodies.com offers this rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Synuclein-α. It is unconjugated and reacts with samples from Human, Mouse and Rat, making it suitable for use in western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows.
The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100-150 of Human Synuclein-α as the immunogen. It specifically detects endogenous levels of Synuclein-α only when phosphorylated at Ser129.
Supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2, the reagent has a molecular weight of ~ 18 kDa and was affinity-purified to a purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
