Anti-Synapsin I (phospho-S9) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Synapsin I, specifically recognising the phosphorylated form at Serine 9. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Synapsin I around the Ser9 phosphorylation site, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of Synapsin I protein only when phosphorylated at Ser9.

Available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 80 kDa.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
