Anti-Syk (phospho Y525 + Y526) Antibody

This Antibodies.com primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal of the IgG isotype, raised against Syk phosphorylated at Tyr525 and Tyr526. Supplied unconjugated in liquid form, it is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunoprecipitation (IP) applications and reacts with human samples. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide spanning the Y525 and Y526 residues of human Syk (NP_003168.2), and the antibody has been affinity purified.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IP. The target protein has a molecular weight of 72 kDa. The reagent is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, shipped at 4°C, and should be stored at –20°C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
