Anti-Syk (phospho-Y525) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Syk phosphorylated at Tyrosine 525. It is unconjugated and validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The reagent was generated using a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Syk around the Tyr525 phosphorylation site. It specifically detects endogenous levels of Syk protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr525, and recognises a band of approximately 72 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE.

It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
