Anti-Syk (phospho Y352) + ZAP70 (phospho Y319) Antibody

Available from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes Syk phosphorylated at tyrosine 352 together with ZAP70 phosphorylated at tyrosine 319. It is supplied as a liquid and validated for Western blot (WB) applications with human samples.

The unconjugated IgG antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around Y352 of human Syk (NP_003168.2), with the immunogen sequence SPYAD. Concentration is lot specific, and the protein target has a reported molecular weight of 69 kDa.

Recommended dilutions for Western blotting are 1:500–1:2,000. Storage instructions call for shipping at 4°C, with aliquoting and storage at -20°C upon delivery and freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
