Anti-Syk (phospho-Y348) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com that recognises the Syk tyrosine kinase only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 348. Raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Syk surrounding the Tyr348 phosphorylation site, the reagent detects endogenous levels of Syk protein in this phosphorylated state. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein, Syk, has a molecular weight of approximately 72 kDa.
