Anti-Syk (phospho-Y323) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets Syk at the phosphorylated tyrosine 323 residue. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed in human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Syk around the Tyr323 phosphorylation site, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous Syk protein only when phosphorylated at this residue. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight of the target is approximately 72 kDa.
