Anti-Syk (Phospho-Tyr525) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Syk phosphorylated at tyrosine 525, supplied by Antibodies.com. The reagent is unconjugated and has been validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.

It reacts with human, mouse, rat and monkey samples, enabling detection of endogenous Syk protein only when phosphorylated at Y525. The antibody was generated using a synthesized peptide derived from human Syk around the phosphorylation site of Y525 and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.

The product is provided at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline containing 0.02% sodium azide, 0.5% BSA and 50% glycerol. It is shipped at 4°C and upon delivery should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
