Anti-Syk (P342) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Syk (P342), supplied by Antibodies.com within its Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

Specificity is directed against endogenous levels of SYK protein, using a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to amino acids 300–350 of Human Syk. The antibody is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. Affinity-purification with the epitope-specific immunogen yields a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 72 kDa.
