Anti-Syk (P342) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 300–350 of human Syk. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

Syk (P342) pAb detects endogenous levels of Syk protein. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 98% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 72 kDa, and the product is supported by 1 scientific validation image.

Supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
