Anti-Syk Antibody

Spleen tyrosine kinase (Syk) is a cytoplasmic non-receptor tyrosine kinase central to immunoreceptor signaling cascades in hematopoietic cells. This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com was raised in rabbit and is supplied as an unconjugated, ready-to-dilute reagent at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, packaged in a 50 µl vial. Validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry, the reagent detects endogenous Syk protein in human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting studies of B-cell receptor signaling, mast cell activation, and Fc receptor-mediated innate immunity.
