Anti-syk (Ab-323) Antibody

Offered through the Antibodies.com catalogue, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a synthetic peptide spanning residues 321–325 (N-P-Y-E-P) of human Syk, targeting the region around tyrosine 323. Supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in PBS pH 7.4 with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the unconjugated IgG preparation is intended for long-term storage at –20 °C with avoidance of repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The antibody is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and it detects endogenous Syk in human samples.
