Anti-SUZ12 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting SUZ12, supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunoprecipitation (IP).

According to the manufacturer's product information, the antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 470-739 of human SUZ12 (NP_056170.2) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, at a lot-specific concentration, with the SUZ12 target reported at 83 kDa. The product is described as KO validated.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB, 1:50-1:100 for ICC/IF and 1:50-1:100 for IP. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
