Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a recombinant human SUV39H2 (suppressor of variegation 3-9 homolog 2) immunogen, designed to detect the endogenous level of total SUV39H2 protein. Supplied as an unconjugated IgG at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, the antibody is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.4 (150 mM NaCl) containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is recommended for Western blotting and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications.
