Anti-SUV39H2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognises the SUV39H2 protein, also referred to as KMT1B. It is supplied unconjugated in liquid form and purified by affinity chromatography.

The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP) and chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP), and it reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a listed molecular weight of 50 kDa.

Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000 and ChIP 1:50–1:200. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 141–350 of human SUV39H2 (NP_001180354.1). The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
