Anti-SUV39H1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognises SUV39H1, also referred to as KMT1A. The unconjugated reagent is supplied as a liquid and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with catalogue-listed applications additionally covering immunofluorescence (IF), immunoprecipitation (IP) and chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP). Reactivity is established for human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–150 of human SUV39H1 (NCBI reference NP_003164.1), whose predicted molecular weight is 48 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The product is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal.
