Anti-Survivin Antibody

Supplied as an unconjugated, affinity-purified preparation at 1 mg/mL in a 50 µL aliquot, it is formulated in PBS (pH 7.4) with 0.02% sodium azide as preservative and 50% glycerol. The immunogen is a recombinant Survivin protein, and the antibody specifically recognizes endogenous levels of Survivin. Validated applications cover Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the reagent has been confirmed to react with Human and Rat samples.
