Anti-SUPT5H Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against SUPT5H (also known as SPT5). It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and reacts with human and mouse samples. It has been validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunoprecipitation (IP).

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 125-425 of human SUPT5H/SPT5 (NP_003160.2). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The reported molecular weight is 160 kDa.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:200-1:2,000 for WB and 1:200-1:500 for IP. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The concentration is lot specific.
