Anti-SUPT4H1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against SUPT4H1, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody is produced in rabbit and is of the IgG isotype.

According to the manufacturer, the immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human SUPT4H1, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of SUPT4H1 protein. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of ~13 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
