SUMO3 (Small Ubiquitin-like Modifier 3) is a ubiquitin-like protein that is covalently attached to lysine residues on target substrates through an enzymatic cascade called SUMOylation. This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes both the free form of SUMO3 and its conjugated state on modified substrates, enabling detection of endogenous SUMO3 across diverse experimental conditions.
