Anti-SUMO3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against the SUMO3 protein, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated liquid reagent. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and is also listed for use in immunofluorescence (IF). The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 40–103 of human SUMO3 (UniProt P55854). The target protein has a molecular weight of 19 kDa. The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:1,000–1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:100.
