Anti-SUMO2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets SUMO2 and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form. The reagent has been affinity purified and is formulated in phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. It reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and has been validated for Western blotting at a recommended dilution of 1:100–1:500. The target SUMO2 protein falls within a molecular weight range of 11–20 kDa. The immunogen corresponds to amino acids 1–95 of human SUMO2/3. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
