Anti-Sumo1 Antibody

Offered through the Antibodies.com catalogue, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against SUMO-1 and detects endogenous levels of the total SUMO-1 protein across human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human SUMO-1, and the antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography, then supplied as an unconjugated IgG at 1.0 mg/mL. The 50 µl pack size is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a stabiliser.
