Anti-SUMO1 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com specifically recognizes SUMO1 (Small Ubiquitin-like Modifier 1), a ubiquitin-like protein that covalently modifies lysine residues on hundreds of cellular substrates through the sumoylation pathway. Raised in rabbits against the human SUMO1 sequence, the unconjugated reagent is supplied as 100 µl of affinity-purified antiserum suited for Western blot detection of both free SUMO1 and SUMO1-conjugated proteins in human, mouse, and rat samples.
