Anti-SULT1E1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting SULT1E1 (Estrogen Sulfotransferase) is available from Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 140–294 of human SULT1E1 (NP_005411.1), and the recognised target has a molecular weight of 35 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid formulation in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
