Anti-SUGCT Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets SUGCT and is validated for Western blot. The unconjugated IgG antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, and was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–250 of human SUGCT.

Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, the antibody is affinity purified and recognises a target with a molecular weight of 48 kDa.

The recommended Western blot working dilution range is 1:200–1:2,000, validated at 1:1,000 using a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary at 1:10,000 with 25µg lysate per lane, 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST blocking buffer, and ECL Basic Kit detection at a 30 second exposure. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; aliquot upon receipt and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. For research use only.
