Anti-SUFU Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against the suppressor of fused homolog (SUFUH / SUFU) and is intended for the detection of endogenous total SUFU in a range of sample types. The immunogen is a recombinant human SUFU protein, and the antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume of phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. It is unconjugated, allowing end-users to choose their own labelling strategy, and is validated by the supplier for Western blotting (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The antibody has been verified to react with human, mouse and rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species studies of Hedgehog pathway regulation and related signalling research. For stability, the product is shipped at 4 °C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
