The SUFU (Suppressor of Fused) protein is a key negative regulator of the Hedgehog (Hh) signaling pathway, and this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against a region of the human target for detection in western blot and immunofluorescence workflows. Validated reactivity spans human, mouse, and rat samples, making it useful across developmental biology studies, signal transduction work, and oncology investigations into basal cell carcinoma, medulloblastoma, and rhabdomyosarcoma, where SUFU acts as a tumor suppressor and binds GLI transcription factors in the cytoplasm and nucleus. The antibody is supplied as a 100 µL liquid aliquot, unconjugated and preservative-stabilized for routine bench handling and short-term refrigerated storage.
