Anti-SUFU Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to SUFU is available from Antibodies.com. Raised in rabbit, the reagent is polyclonal of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated. It reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for western blotting, immunohistochemistry (IHC-P), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and ELISA applications.

The immunogen corresponds to amino acids 325–484 of human SUFU. The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.3 with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. The reported molecular weight is 55 kDa with a predicted molecular weight of 54 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:100–1:500 for IHC-P and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.
