Anti-SUB1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal raised against SUB1 (also referred to as PC4) and supplied as an unconjugated IgG. The reagent is validated by the manufacturer for Western blot, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence and immunoprecipitation, with reactivity confirmed against human and mouse samples.

According to the manufacturer's product sheet, the antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–127 of human SUB1 (NP_006704.3) and was affinity-purified. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 17 kDa. The product is supplied in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF, and 1:20–1:50 for IP. The datasheet notes three scientific validation images. For storage, the reagent is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and held at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
