Description
Supplied through Antibodies.com, this polyclonal primary antibody is raised in Rabbit against the STXBP1 target. The unconjugated reagent is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and has been confirmed to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
The antibody was generated using recombinant full length Human STXBP1 as the immunogen and detects endogenous levels of STXBP1 protein, which has a reported molecular weight of ~67 kDa. It is formulated at 1mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
The product is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
