Anti-STXBP1 Antibody

A polyclonal rabbit antibody from Antibodies.com directed against STXBP1, also known as Munc18-1. The unconjugated IgG reagent is reactive against human, mouse, rat and zebrafish samples and is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications.

Manufactured as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration, the antibody is supplied in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.3 containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and was affinity-purified from the host serum. The immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein spanning amino acids 295–594 of human STXBP1 (NP_001027392.1), directed against a target with a molecular weight of 68 kDa.

Suggested starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. For stability, vials are shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C on arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
