Anti-STX8 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets Syntaxin 8 (STX8). It is validated for Western blot applications and reacts with human and mouse samples. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–215 of human STX8, a target protein with a reported molecular weight of 27 kDa. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500 to 1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
