Anti-STX7 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this product is a rabbit polyclonal, unconjugated IgG antibody raised against Syntaxin 7 (STX7). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The antibody is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), with recommended dilutions of WB 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC 1:50–1:200. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 40 kDa.

The immunogen used to generate the antibody is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–170 of human STX7 (NP_003560.2). Concentration is lot specific. According to the manufacturer, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Reactivity is reported with human, mouse and rat samples. The manufacturer datasheet notes five scientific validation images supporting the WB and IHC use cases.
