Anti-STX2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit against Syntaxin 2 (STX2) and affinity purified from a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-264 of human STX2 (NP_001971.2). The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with the target protein migrating at 36 kDa.

Validated for Western blot and reactive with human, mouse and rat samples, the antibody is recommended at working dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000. Shipped at 4°C, it should be aliquoted on arrival and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
