Raised in rabbit against the STRN3 target, this unconjugated polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com supports immunoblotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows across human, mouse, and rat samples. STRN3 (Striatin 3) is a calmodulin-binding scaffolding protein that participates in the STRIPAK signaling complex, where it helps organize protein phosphatase 2A activity, cytoskeletal dynamics, and cell cycle progression. Researchers studying cancer cell signaling pathways, neuronal development, or membrane-associated signaling platforms use this reagent to localize the endogenous protein in fixed cells and tissue sections and to detect denatured STRN3 on western blots. The antibody is supplied as 100 µl of a 1 mg/ml stock in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol; aliquot upon arrival and refrigerate between uses, limiting freeze-thaw cycles to preserve binding activity.
