Anti-STRN3 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognises SG2NA, a protein also known as STRN3. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 200–460 of human STRN3 (NP_001077362.1). The product is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a molecular weight of 87 kDa and the concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000, IHC: 1:100–1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:100. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. This product is for research use only.
