Anti-STRN Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Striatin (STRN), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 581-780 of human STRN (NP_003153.2), and the antibody is affinity purified. It is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with an expected molecular weight of 120 kDa.

Validated for WB and IHC on Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, with IF additionally listed as a supported application. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200. The reagent is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Supporting scientific validation images are included.
