Anti-STRIP1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against STRIP1 (also known as FAM40A). The reagent is of the IgG isotype and is supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples. One scientific validation image is provided.

The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 743–837 of human STRIP1 (accession NP_149079.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 110 kDa. The product is affinity purified and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:1,000–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
