Polyclonal primary antibodies raised against the Striatin scaffold protein enable western blot detection in human, mouse, and rat lysates, supporting research into STRIPAK complex signaling, calcium-regulated pathways, and postsynaptic dendritic spine biology.

Striatin is a calmodulin-binding scaffold that anchors the STRIPAK phosphatase-kinase complex, linking PP2A activity to cell cycle progression and cytoskeletal organization in neurons. Investigators probing signalosome assembly or neuronal dendritic spine maintenance routinely use this reagent from Antibodies.com to detect endogenous Striatin in whole-cell and tissue homogenates.

Each vial contains 100 µl of unconjugated antibody at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.2) with 0.05% sodium azide as a preservative. Affinity-purified from rabbit serum, the reagent is supplied refrigerated and should be aliquoted upon arrival to limit freeze-thaw cycles during long-term storage. For research use only.
