Anti-STRAP Antibody

This polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com recognises STRAP, also referred to as Unrip, and is provided as an unconjugated rabbit IgG. According to the manufacturer it is validated for Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and ELISA, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein covering amino acids 1–350 of human Unrip and is affinity-purified. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The expected molecular weight is around 38 kDa (predicted) / 39 kDa (observed).

Suggested starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
