Anti-STRA13 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit and provided as an unconjugated IgG preparation validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It recognises human STRA13 (also referred to as MHF2), with reactivity confirmed for human samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 1-63 of human STRA13 (NP_659435.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 14 kDa.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:500-1:2,000, and the concentration is lot specific.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
