Anti-Stonin-1 (W718) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against Stonin-1 and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated antibody is produced in rabbit and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

According to the manufacturer, the immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 680-740 of Human Stonin-1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of Stonin-1 protein. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The reported molecular weight of the target is ~ 83 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
