STMN4 (Stathmin-like protein 4) is a neuronal-enriched phosphoprotein that regulates microtubule dynamics by sequestering free tubulin heterodimers and promoting catastrophe at microtubule plus-ends. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against STMN4 and validated for western blot detection in mouse and rat tissue lysates, where it produces a band consistent with the stathmin family's expected molecular weight. Each vial is supplied as 200 µl of antiserum, unconjugated for downstream flexibility, and the polyclonal format provides recognition of multiple epitopes for reliable signal across neuronal and brain-derived samples. Refrigerate upon arrival and aliquot to limit freeze-thaw cycles. For research use only.
