Anti-STMN2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to STMN2 (also referred to as SCG10) is available from Antibodies.com. Raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated IgG, the antibody is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples. It is validated for Western blot and is listed for immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry applications.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–80 of human STMN2 (NP_008960.2) and recognises a target with a reported molecular weight of 25 kDa. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and is purified by antigen-affinity chromatography. The recommended Western blot dilution is 1:500–1:1,000.
